Cancellation Policy

If forum registration is cancelled on or before Friday 2 October 2026, a full refund is given. If forum registration is cancelled between Saturday 3 October 2026 and Friday 16 October 2026, a refund of 50 per cent (50%) is given. Refunds will not be issued for any registrations cancelled on or after Saturday 17 October 2026.
